Simplifile eSign Events provides an easy, consumer-friendly experience for electronically signing and notarizing documents. Through eSign Events, a notary can facilitate the electronic signing of documents, including ink notarization with borrower eSign (hybrid), In Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) and Remote Online Notarization (RON). eSign Events also supports non-notary packages, addressing all your eSign needs through one tool.

Powered by Simplifile’s eEligibility data, eSign Events provides insight into eNotary acceptance and notarization flexibility at the county level. The electronic signing solution supports both agent-driven transactions, such as cash and seller, as well as enables lender driven transactions via integration APIs for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û’s eClose partners.

If you do not have a licensed RON notary on staff, our integration with The Closing Exchange (TCX) provides you with access to a network of trusted notaries who are trained and set up to use eSign Events today.

eNotary FAQ

Before signing

Create event and determine eEligibility. Add signers and other participants while uploading and tagging documents for signing. Assign notary and send invites.

At signing

Document review and eSigning. For events that require Notarization, sign and notarize with a notary with RON and IPEN eNotarization. Edit signature tags in session when last minute corrections are needed.

Post signing

Post Closing process with notary journal. RON video recording and storage built into one vendor.
